Form & Verdict
Made it 3-3 with a last-gasp success in the Group 2 Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot (good to firm) which proved his stamina for 1m6f; again a short-priced favourite (he has been on all four starts) in the Group 1 Grand Prix de Paris at Longchamp (good to soft) one month later but this time failed to improve, readily outpaced over 2f out and losing his unbeaten record; this return to a longer trip should see him resume progress and he's a player.

Form & Verdict
Dam half-sister to 2011 St Leger winner Masked Marvel; did not look himself in the Chester Vase (on soft, as was his debut) in May but won his other four races; asserting in a valuable 1m2f handicap at Newmarket in July showed serious class and he backed that up by winning a 1m4f Group 3 at Goodwood, 2l ahead of Hoo Ya Mal; hung right in the latter but he's been finishing strongly as if this trip will be within reach; has the best form apart from Hoo Ya Mal's Derby second; looks sure to go very well.

Form & Verdict
Close third over C&D in June, followed by an even closer second in valuable event at Haydock (soft) and a very authoritative win in four-runner race at Newmarket (good to firm); they were all handicaps at about 1m6f and he was hooded on last two occasions; progressing very well and some return in this much higher grade is not impossible if he finds further improvement.

Form & Verdict
From good family, with her sire and dam's sire giving hope for this trip; unraced until July 29th but that was a hugely promising novice win at Wolverhampton (1m4f, AW); followed up by snatching the Listed Galtres Stakes at York (1m4f, good) after she was pushed along in rear entering the straight; that was one big step forward and she may well deliver another.

Her race career did not begin until the end of July last year but she made a lightning start; snatched the Listed Galtres at York (1m4f, good) on second outing, having been pushed along in rear entering the straight; contrastingly always prominent in the St Leger at Doncaster (14.5f, good to soft) and went on 3f out, battling on well to finish second but demoted to fourth due to interference; tongue tied first time today; very classy prospect if she builds on those initial achievements.

Form & Verdict
Unraced on softer than good; won a maiden in April; fourth in the Irish Oaks at 1m4f and showed her major strength of stamina when placed with late bids in 1m6f Group events (against her own sex) on starts either side; in place calculations but she needs to raise her game if she's to be Aidan O'Brien's seventh St Leger winner.

Group 3 winner here (2m soft to heavy) at the end of last term and impressive when making a winning return in a Listed race at Navan (1m6f, heavy) in April; bounced back from a lesser run when fourth in the Ascot Gold Cup and looks like a big player with conditions in her favour.

Form & Verdict
Beaten only about 15l in tenth of 17 when 250-1 for the Derby at Epsom (1m4f, good; unraced on softer) on his second/final start for Stan Moore; that does not make him a serious candidate for this second Classic bid, however, and his subsequent maiden/novice runs have not changed that.

Form & Verdict
Won on yielding to soft on reappearance; useful form on his first two starts this season and improved when upped to 1m4f for the Irish Derby at the Curragh (good) on latest, producing a plucky performance from the front to take third of eight; needs extra but shapes as if he will probably stay and he is one of plenty with an each-way chance.

Form & Verdict
His running-on second when 150-1 in the Derby at Epsom (1m4f, good) is the best form in this field; sold out of Andrew Balding's for £1,200,000 and, with hood removed, 2l third to New London at Goodwood (1m4f) was some way below the Derby form, as was his win in another Goodwood Group 3 (1m6f, good to soft) two weeks ago but he justified very short odds that day in pretty tidy style; needs to build on that but he's a big player given the Derby run.

Form & Verdict
By Nathaniel, boosting hopes for stamina; all five starts on AW, including when well on top over 1m3f in a novice at Kempton (made the running) and handicap at Southwell (raced close up); ran right away with the latter on latest outing, which was useful form (despite her handicap mark that day of 78) but this demands a great deal more.
