The world's most prestigious race meeting kicks off with an enthralling card and it's unsurprising to see that the showpiece has once again attracted some of the best horses in the world.

Race fans will want to get off to a good start on Friday and we have two fantastic bets for all of our readers.

The best bets on Friday's Breeders' Cup card at Santa Anita

9.25 Friday – Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf

Race fans will be confident that this year’s Juvenile Turf will be staying at home with Bobby’s Kitten (4/1, William Hill) who looks to have a fantastic chance for his in-form trainer.  The two-year-old looked a top prospect when he hammered eight rivals in a Grade Three at Belmont last time out and the Europeans are going to have to be on top form to lower his colours.

Aidan O’Brien sends over Giovanni Boldini (7/2, bet365) and Wilshire Boulevard (9/1, Paddy Power) and the handler will be looking to land a hat-trick in the race.  The former looks to be the best of the duo and his success at Dundalk earlier this month will have him spot on for his Breeders’ Cup mission.  He certainly looks dangerous, but he could do well to get the better of Godolphin’s OUTSTRIP (5/1, Paddy Power) and Charlie Appleby’s star looks a fantastic each-way bet on Friday.

The impressive Champagne Stakes winner was fancied in the Dewhurst Stakes at Newmarket earlier this month and he finished a very creditable third behind runaway Coventry Stakes hero War Command.  The way he travelled there was mightily impressive and it was a surprise that he didn’t find more off the bridle.

The selection’s form behind Toormore at Goodwood reads well and he looks a class act for his powerful yard.

10.50 Friday – Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf

It’s no surprise to see the head of the betting dominated by European raiders and French filly VORDA (9/2, William Hill) looks a tasty bet in a wide open race.

The selection brings some awesome form to the table for Friday’s contest and four victories in five career starts have marked her down as a juvenile going places.  The only defeat she has tasted came at the hands of the mighty No Nay Never in the Prix Morny and victories in the Prix Robert Papin and Cheveley Park at Newmarket have been incredibly impressive.

A filly with an abundance of pace and gears, Vorda has never raced beyond six furlongs and her layers will be hoping that she fails to see out the trip.  However, there is every reason to believe that she will get the mile if she settles at the forgiving Santa Anita track and the rattling firm ground could really help address her stamina doubts.

Charles Hills’s Chriselliam (5/1, William Hill) will need things to go her way but her Fillies’ Mile success looked good and she could be the main threat to the market leader.
