MONDAY BEST BETS – HORSE RACING TIPS FOR HAMILTON, NEWTON ABBOT, BATH AND NEWCASTLE

3.30 Hamilton – Flower Of Scotland Fillies Handicap (3yo+ 6f)

ZIM BABY has run plenty of times this season and is due another visit to the winner’s enclosure.

Michael Appleby’s runner has finished out of the first three just once in her last six starts and looked unfortunate last time.

She was trapped behind the frontrunners at a crucial stage and only got space to run too late. Would be hard to beat here if she can repeat that run with a trouble-free passage.

2.40 Newton Abbot – Visit Attheraces.com Novice Hurdle (4yo+ 2m1f)

CELESTIAL FORCE did wxtremely well to win on his first start over hurdles at this course earlier this month,

The Paul Nicholls-trained contender was badly hampered by a faller three out on that occasion while his jockey Harry CObden also dropped the whip a couple of furlongs from home, so the horse did extremely well to win.

Was rated in the high 80s on the Flat so has the ability to be a very decent hurdler and he is taken to follow up with another success.

4.10 Newton Abbot – Follow Attheraces.com On Twitter Handicap Chase (4yo+ 2m)

PINGSHOU is not the safest of conveyances and has fallen on his last two starts but he should go close to winning this if he stands up.

The ten-year-old would have definitely won on his last start but for falling at Wincanton in January and a repeat of that run would put him in contention.

Has been given wind surgery since so may see out his race better now and he can provide trainer Colin Tizzard with another winner.

4.50 Bath -Sky Sports Racing 415 Handicap (3yo+5f)

KNOCKABOUT QUEEN has been out of form recently but a return to this track could spark a revival.

The filly has form figures of 6413 at this course when the word firm features in the description and she has a decent enough draw here in stall 7.

Will probably be a decemt price but can definitely outrun those odds.
