ZEN SILENCE is progressing with each run and the Dragon Pulse filly latterly found only one too good over six furlongs at this venue seven days ago.
She showed good speed on that occasion and travelled well in the contest before her effort flattened out and the drop to the minimum trip for this latest outing could prove the catalyst for better as she switches now to the handicap ranks.
Kieran Cotter’s charge has been handed a rating of 69 which could prove very workable, while she has the services of Sam Ewing here whose 7lbs claim is very good value and every chance she can progress again to get off the mark here.

Henry de Bromhead has his jumping team in good order and if that form can translate to his runners on the level then it might be worth sticking with MOSALA to get off the mark.
The Kodiac gelding has hit the bar on three of his last four outings, two of which have come following a break and he was beaten only a head latest behind Wonder Elzaam over one mile.
He only gave way late in a protracted battle that saw the pair come close and he could be suited by this step up in trip which can unlock further improvement. While he’s had a few chances to open his account this doesn’t look a particularly strong contest and it wouldn’t come as a surprise to see him going close.

ST GEORGE’S HEAD is readily forgiven his last outing over this course and distance last month as he was slow to leave the stalls and his saddle slipped soon after; he’s perhaps better judged on his earlier form which saw the Kingston Hill gelding make the frame in his three previous course and distance outings, one of which yielded a win over fair yardstick Tyrconnell.
He wore cheekpieces on that occasion which appeared a catalyst for better and he went close in his follow-up bid when denied a half-length by Indiana Grey and that form has been boosted by the horses finishing third and sixth respectively both winning next time out.
It wouldn’t be a surprise to see him bouncing back from that luckless effort last time and if he can reproduce his earlier performances then he could get back on track racing from a much kinder draw.
