2:05 Leicester – British Stallion Studs EBF Fillies’ Conditions Stakes (GBB Race) Cl3 (2yo) 6f

DAQUIRI FRANCAIS is given another chance having disappointed at Doncaster when last seen out last month when favourite for her handicap debut but only managing to finish seventh.

Ralph Beckett’s Havana Gold filly had won two of her previous three starts on contrasting ground conditions at Windsor, running out a ready winner from Loves Me Likearock on the second occasion when encountering heavy ground.

She had won on fast ground the time before and might not have been best suited by the way developed on Town Moor; she’s surely better than she was able to show on that occasion and the form of that Doncaster race does look quite strong.

A bounce back is required but that could well happen and she’s worth another chance to build on her earlier progression where she could have improvement to offer.

Racing tips for Tuesday. Trainer Ralph Beckett can get amongst the winners at Leicester.

3:23 Hereford – Central Roofing Handicap Hurdle Cl4 (4yo+ 0-120) 3m1½f

PRESENTING YEATS looks to have a decent opportunity of adding to his tally and Milton Harris’ charge could prove a tough nut to crack.

The Yeats gelding has been in good form in recent outings where he’s won two of his last four and latterly got back on the winning trail when scoring at Warwick last month, beating Not At Present by three-parts of a length.

Quicker ground is no issue and he won on good-to-firm ground at Newton Abbot in July and turns out here from just 3lbs higher than when landing his latest victory which looks very fair and he remains with scope to do better.

He gets lots of weight from this field of rivals who all have claims but also a question to answer while the selection arrives in form and he can make the most of the hefty weight allowances he receives to add another win to his tally.

3:40 Huntingdon – Racing TV Handicap Hurdle Cl4 (3yo+ 0-115) 2m

PELTWELL ended last season on a high, winning her final four outings of the campaign and the Milan mare can pick up here where she left off.

Neil Mulholland has his string in good form and she was a ready winner when last seen going in at Hexham back in March on her final start of the season where she struck from 7lbs out of the weights from Frightened Rabbit and there could be more to come from her this term.

She does lack a recent run which is a slight worry as her record fresh isn’t convincing, but she could go well here if near the sort of form she finished off last season with and there’d be no shock in seeing her posting a big run on her reappearance.

3:50 Leicester – Every Race Live On Racing TV Handicap Cl2 (3yo+ 0-105) 7f

ABLE KANE can get back to winning ways and Rod Millman’s charge ought to give a good account here.

The Due Diligence gelding has a decent strike-rate and landed the latest of his five wins when going in at Doncaster two starts ago, beatin Raatea by a half-length, making all and holding on well from the runner-up.

He finished fourth at Ascot when last seen, unable to sustain his effort and ideally he might want slightly shorter than this stiff seven furlongs although there’s a suspicion he went off harder than ideal last time.

He ought to remain capable however from the same mark and he can make his presence felt again where he can resume winning ways.

Racing tips for Tuesday. Leicester are racing on the flat on Tuesday.

4:15 Huntingdon – Racing TV Handicap Chase Cl5 (4yo+ 0-105) 2m7½f

ACHY BREAKY HEART has done little wrong in recent starts, rattling the crossbar the last twice and the Milan mare can get back to winning ways here if recent exertions haven’t left a mark.

Milton Harris’ charge struck at Newton Abbot back in July, making all to see off two rivals and while not disgraced in two subsequent starts over hurdles she has shown up better in more recent outings back over fences at Newton Abbot and over course and distance latest behind Railway Muice where she was only beaten around two lengths but finished well clear of the third.

She’s only 2lbs above her last winning mark and she can turn in another solid performance here which can see her back in the winners’ enclosure if none the worse for a relatively quick turnaround.

6:00 Newcastle – MansionBet Beaten By A Head EBF Novice Stakes (GBB Race) Cl5 (2yo) 6f

FOXY RASCAL left the form of a disappointing debut effort on turf well behind when scoring readily over course and distance last month and the Dabirsim filly can follow up here.

George Boughey has had an excellent season with his juveniles and the youngster ran out a good winner, beating Kape Moss by almost two lengths and there’s likely better still to come from her on the back of that breakthrough victory.

She does have to give weight to this field as a last-time winner but she looked one who could be useful when posting that last win and every chance she can improve again to land another win.

7:30 Newcastle – MansionBet Watch And Bet Handicap Cl4 (3yo+ 0-80) 1m

SOARING STAR was winning for the first time in 13 months when gaining a narrow verdict over Bringitonboris over this course and distance last month and it might be worth sticking with Kevin Ryan’s charge to repeat the dose here.

The Starspangledbanner gelding struck by a nose in that latest victory, holding on well for the victory and the runner-up and third have both done little harm to the form since.

He’s only been pushed up 1lb in the weights following that last victory and remains with scope on his turf form of finding some improvement so no surprise if he were to make his presence felt again here and he can land another win if continuing in similar form.
