There are six strong cards on British soil today, with plenty of wide open races for punters to sink their teeth into. To try and guide you in the right direction, here are some jockey and trainer stats to take advantage of for all of Friday’s meetings.

Friday’s Facts And Figures

No trainer, jockey combination has been more potent during 2019 than WILLIAM HAGGAS and DANNY TUDHOPE. The pair has teamed up on 33 occasions this season, claiming 17 winners at a stunning strike rate of just over 50%!

Haggas wins with over 25% of the runners he brings to Haydock and only course specialist, Richard Kingscote has ridden more winners around the Merseyside venue than Tudhope. They will combine on with THE NIGHT WATCHMAN (5/2 Coral) and MUBTASIMAH (8/13 Coral) tomorrow, with the latter boasting obvious winning claims.

ROGER TEAL has only had six horses out this month, but three have them have found their way into the winners’ enclosure. KIERAN SHOEMARK has been riding like a man with a point to prove since returning from his drugs ban, striking with almost 30% of his rides over the past two weeks.

Teal has called on Shoemark to ride LUCKY LOUIE (3/1 bet365) tomorrow. He will have to contend with top-weight in a wide-open handicap, but the six-year-old has an excellent record around this track and has only been beat half-a-length on both his starts this term.

PAUL HANAGAN and RICHARD FAHEY are a potent partnership here at Nottingham. Over the past five seasons, no trainer has had more winners here than Fahey and Hanagan has scored with over 20% of his rides.

They’ll team up in four of tomorrow’s races at Nottingham, with recent winner, SALAM ZAYED (4/1 Coral) their best chances of a winner in the card closing handicap.

Richard Fahey and Paul Hanagan have been a prolific partnership for well over a decade.

KEVIN RYAN boasts an enviable strike record here at Hamilton, winning with 25% of his runners, returning £34 profit from a level £1 stakes. TOM EAVES has found winners hard to come by of late, but he’s scored with a quarter to his rides here so far in 2019 and kicked off this two-day meeting with an 8/1 winner yesterday.

Eaves will ride Ryan’s YOUSINI (8/1 bet365) into battle in the Scottish Steward’s Cup, but the duo will have higher hopes for BYLINE (11/10 bet365), who will carry the tag of favouritism into a maiden earlier in the evening.

CHARLIE APPLEBY is the winning-most trainer on the July Course, scoring with 40% of his runners so far in 2019 and an impressive win record of 25% over the past five years. While William Buick remains sidelines, JAMES DOYLE has been Appleby’s main man and no jockey was ridden more winners on this famous strip than the Doyler.

NATIONAL TREASURE (2/1 Coral) is one of two runners for Appleby in the Novice Stakes for fillies at 6:15pm and Doyle decision to ride this daughter of Camelot suggests she has the best chance of making a winning debut.

ROGER FELL and BEN CURTIS have enjoyed plenty of success together this season, winning with 20% of the runners they have teamed up with. Both boast impressive records here at Pontefract in 2019 too. Curtis is the winning-most jockey this term with six victories, while Fell has saddled four winners from just ten runners.

They have two good chances of adding to those impressive record on Friday. DAPPER MAN (15/8 bet365) will attempt to land a five-timer, before TADAAWOL (11/2 Coral) tries to bounce back to winning form in the big claiming handicap.
