Not quite at his best on final few starts in Bahrain early this year and well beaten at Epsom recently when back from a break; however, he's reliable in the main and is 3lb lower than when staying on into mid-division in 1m4f handicap at last year's Royal meeting (good to firm; beaten about 5l); this first crack at 1m6f is an interesting move and he's no forlorn hope. |

Pretty reliable in Bahrain over the last two winters, albeit not quite so good this time round after his win in December; ran on from the back when third in this race last year (good to firm; 1lb lower today), still acts on good to soft and won twice much earlier in career on soft; each-way claims. |
