Twice showed ability over 6f last summer but, having been sent off favourite, he didn't get home when fifth of 11 on handicap/seasonal debut at Newmarket (7f. good to firm) this month; a couple of winners have come out of that race and he's a major player down in grade if the run has brought him on. |

Useful pedigree; pulled hard when down the field at Newbury (18-1) but did almost the opposite in six-runner novice at Lingfield (again 6f on good; 15-2) 18 days later, no threat to the winner but coming from last to second from worst of the draw; perhaps one for further but he has place claims. |
