Wootton Bassett colt made fine impression in winning first two starts, notably Naas Listed (1m); bit underwhelming in Group company since however, losing second late on at Deauville and in Royal Lodge (Newmarket) never really landed a blow on faster ground when nearly 6l off winner; this looks weaker and return to easier ground will suit. |

Looked good on his debut and confirmed that promise with an easy win at Listed level (Naas; 1m, good); relinquished his unbeaten record when odds-on for a Group 3 at Deauville but the drop back to 7f probably didn't help, nor being isolated from the two who beat him; big colt who retains significant potential for 1m+. |
