Sands Of Mali filly cost 2,000Euros as a yearling; dam placed 5f/6f AW 2yo (RPR 66), half-sister to 5f Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint winner Starlust; very green but showed a little promise on last month's C&D debut from a bad draw; should have learned plenty from that and kinder draw here. |
