133-rated hurdler; already on 139 over fences after an unbeaten start, winning his first two (2m4f/2m1f) comfortably and then game in conceding weight all round in a Grade 3 at Galway (2m2f, good to yielding); faces the same scenario here, but this 6yo has some size about him and he's improving. |

Smart hurdler won four races in that sphere including in Listed company last year; pulled-up in a Grade 1 Aintree novice on return in April; quickly rebounded with a Limerick novice chase win over Le Coq Hardi and followed up at Killarney; already looks a better chaser and respected despite a double penalty. |

Top-rated of these over hurdles (133), winning four from ten; trounced his four rivals on chasing debut at Limerick in May (2m4f, good to yielding), jumping fluently and travelling strongly; that was a very promising first run over fences and he can make it back-to-back wins despite dropping back in trip. |

Winning hurdler and unexposed over fences; showed some small improvement when third in a Roscommon handicap chase four weeks ago; more needed but far from impossible. |

Is 1-10 over hurdles and rated 104; two runs over fences; beaten 23l in a handicap chase over this C&D in January off 105; remote third behind progressive Shadow Paddy at Killarney latest; needs to improve plenty on those efforts to take this. |

Won back-to-back hurdle races in August/September on good ground (including C&D maiden hurdle); creditable C&D fourth on seasonal return in May off 1lb higher but below that at Listowel next time (2m, yielding); okay fourth of seven on chasing debut here last time; remains 5lb higher than his last win. |

Won back-to-back hurdle races in August/September on good ground; creditable fourth at this track in May (2m1f, good) but below that at Listowel last time; makes chasing debut, but has a lot to find with a few of these. |

Dual winning hurdler but has been soundly beaten in three chase runs lately and lots more is needed from 5lb out of the handicap even with a capable claimer aboard. |

Two-time winning hurdler has finished well beaten in novice chases at Killarney (2m1f, gd-yld) and Tramore (15.5f, good); unproven over this far and forecast rain a concern, so probably best watched in first handicap chase. |

Won back-to-back handicaps at Cork (2m1f, good) and Tipperary (2m, good to yielding) in August/October; hasn't hit same heights since; unplaced in points and switch to chasing didn't bring improvement at Killarney last time when beaten 28l. |

Won 2m2f handicap hurdle at Downpatrick last year; tailed off on chasing bow in Wexford beginners' in July; similar story two weeks later at Killarney; sent off 11-2 for Downpatrick handicap last time when well behind the runner-up Kalsman. |

Won a 2m2f handicap hurdle here off 86 last year; made a bad mistake when tailed off on chasing bow in a Wexford beginners' in July (2m4f, good); again tailed off at Killarney last time (2m1f, good to yielding); may do better now in handicaps but needs to. |
