Flat-bred likes good ground and had some good runs in defeat in bumpers; easily won Bellewstown maiden hurdle in July; had an excuse (scoped wrong) when bombed out as favourite for a Galway handicap; reassuring display when third over 2m1f at Down Royal a week ago, where he just ran out of steam late on having travelled well; easy two miles here should suit. |
