Chasing didn't really go to plan last season but he was creditable fifth of 20 when switched back to hurdling at Cheltenham (2m5f, good to soft) in November, and didn't run anything like as badly as eventual 33l defeat might suggest when tried over 3m2f at Fontwell on Boxing Day; fine on heavy ground and has slipped to a good mark; can't be ignored. |
