Very smart chaser three seasons ago but only win since then came in a two-runner hunter chase over C&D last February; wouldn't be the obvious answer under top weight. |

Smart in his prime but his only win from eight hunter chases this year (under Freddie Gingell) was in a match; however, he is well treated on his best 2022 form and was a respectable second back in a handicap at Lingfield (2m4f, good to soft) on his recent return after 192 days off; looks interesting if he can build on that and this step back up in trip is a positive. |
