Smart chaser in his prime and he claimed the notable scalp of stablemate Clan Des Obeaux in Newbury Grade 2 (2m7f, good to soft) in February 2021; has had just one run since then but he wasn't disgraced in a Class 2 handicap at Chepstow on his comeback in December and is in much calmer waters here for his hunter chase debut; should be hard to beat.
