0-5 over hurdles and his tendency to race too freely remains a nagging concern but his fourth of 15 on handicap debut at Cheltenham (2m, soft) in November was a good effort, and he caught the eye making a big forward move from the rear before his effort petered out at Doncaster (2m, good) in December; hood removed; tongue-tie added; shortlisted. |
