Quite useful in his prime and was a C&D winner last season; very much a force in decline now but ran well for a long way in Class 3 race at Sandown (1m7f, good to soft) last month and now contests a Class 5 handicap for the first time in his career. |

Not the force of old but he tends to come alive here, winning this race in 2020 and going down narrowly (good to soft ground) 12 months ago; mainly in the doldrums since but there were signs of a revival at Plumpton 18 days ago and he's thrown in on his best form despite being 3lb out of the weights. |

Not the easiest to predict these days, but he's very well handicapped on his winning form; ran okay at Fontwell (2m2f, soft) when considering an ordinary record when fresh and going without headgear (now returns) that has served him well in the past; chance. |

Veteran who is not easy to predict and was a well-held fifth in his final two runs last term but he's now 8lb lower than for his C&D win (soft) last autumn; doesn't have a great record when fresh but interesting to see how he figures in market after 215 days off; usually wears headgear but it's missing today. |
