Very lightly raced and he's been well beaten over the last three years (seven races); used to go well on soft and he's thrown in on his 2020 form but so much has to be taken on trust with him these days. |

Been lightly raced throughout his career, only running 15 times, and returns from a year off this afternoon; has his conditions but that's usually been the case since he last ran well more than three years ago and it's hard to know what he's capable of now. |

Thrown in if judged on his performances in two major 1m4f handicaps on soft in summer 2020 but he did not fire last season, mostly also on soft (unraced on heavy) and that includes when blinkers were given a go in this race; not seen since, so a great deal has to be taken on trust, but he had an excellent record earlier in career after lengthy breaks. |
