Unable to justify heavy market support on stable debut in July but, with cheekpieces refitted, was clear second to much-improved dual subsequent winner in Fontwell chase (3m2f, good to soft) last month; has to take a 6lb rise on the chin but still taken very seriously on this quick return to hurdling. |
