Won by 36l over C&D in July but that race fell apart and he hasn't threatened since, beaten about 14l returned to fences the last twice; could be on a tough mark (that last win was off 12lb lower) but this is weak.

Off the mark at the fourth attempt over fences when strolling home by a wide margin at Newton Abbot (2m5f, good) but that race took little winning and he was then beaten 8l into third off the same mark back over hurdles at Uttoxeter; seemed to struggle with the 14lb rise when only fifth on his return to fences here on Saturday (2m5f).

Came good for new stable at fourth attempt, with huge-margin win at Newton Abbot (2m5f, good) last month; managed only third off same mark over hurdles a week later and a 14lb hike has now taken effect but he still needs to be taken very seriously.

0-12 over hurdles but returns to this discipline after strolling home by a wide margin over fences at Newton Abbot (2m5f, good), albeit in a race that ultimately took little winning; still commands considerable respect off the same mark.

0-15 overall but has made the frame three consecutive times since switched to chasing this season, most recently when second at Market Rasen (3m, soft) a fortnight ago; today's trip-and-ground combination should also suit; probably won't be far away.
