Won 5f novice here last February; handily weighted on the form of some tight finishes over sprint trips later and he appeared to stay 7f well enough on rare attempt at the trip when fourth at Wolverhampton last month; worth giving him the benefit of the doubt that he can do it again. |

Sole win came in 5f AW novice but he was involved in three tight finishes three times last summer and ran his best race of the winter over 6f here last month; not so good on this track since and has a trip query in only his second 7f handicap, the first since 2yo days. |
