Had been spiralling down the weights and took advantage of a basement mark to win unchallenged at Ffos Las (1m, good) in August; followed up under a penalty back there (7.5f, good) and was beaten a short head off his revised mark at Bath (1m, good to soft) last month; clearly thriving at present and must come into calculations. |

Once useful but went into the doldrums for a while; back on it now though after back-to-back wins at Ffos Las, winning by 12l and then following up under a penalty when 5lb well in; that was by a shade over 2l but cosily; new mark has kicked in. |

Very useful over middle distances in his prime; had been in the doldrums for a good while but, having plummeted down the weights, breezed clear to win comfortably by 12l here (1m, good) nine days ago; 9lb well in under 5lb penalty today; ought to be hard to beat. |

Very useful over middle distances in his prime but was badly out of sorts on AW during the winter and returned from break with disappointing 7f turf run in May; cheekpieces removed after one use; could be considered only if lively in the betting. |
