Always had his quirks and again hung left when a beaten-favourite at Southwell last time; usually dropped in and that will likely be the case again from the outside stall, in which case he'll need things to pan out ideally down from 7f. |

0-13 on AW but he is fully effective on Tapeta; the step up to 7f didn't yield instant dividends at Wolverhampton 16 days ago but he didn't get chance to show his true colours, tight for room inside the final furlong and having to switch right before keeping on steadily; this more spacious track could see him in a better light. |
