Still a maiden but he's getting closer, beaten just half a length at Doncaster (good to firm) in July and then by a neck at Haydock (also 1m2f; good) last month; possibly a shade unfortunate on latter occasion but this is a better race and he'll need to pull out a little bit more; that's not inconceivable, though. |
