Only beaten 2l in last year's Coventry here (6f, good to firm) and he ended last term with a good third in the Horris Hill (also Group 2; 7f, heavy) in October; third at Chester (7.5f) on soft ground in June looked a run he could build on but not seen since, having been withdrawn on vet's advice for the Golden Mile last month; unexposed at this trip and he could well have a part to play. |
