Loader’s Daily double – best bets at Kelso and Wolverhampton

Monday’s Daily Double

Chris Loader rolls his best two best of the day into this Daily Double for Monday January 26.

It was great to score with my first daily double for Racing Tips, despite it not being the most original choice of all time. I’m back with two more selections and the best odds available are here with William Hill.

Sign up with William Hill today, place your first bet of £10 on our Daily Double and you’ll receive £30 in free bets!

We begin in the opening race at Kelso with Sirwilliamwallace, who took my eye when he was last seen at Ayr. The seven-year-old was very well backed throughout the day and was nearly favourite. In the race, he travelled very well but just bumped into Marown who looks a smart horse for Nicky Richards. On his debut over hurdles, he bumped into Ribble Valley over two miles, which looks short enough. This son of Getaway cries out stamina and with Sandy Thompson being in excellent form, I think he can shed his maiden tag here.

SEAFORTH – 5.30 Wolverhampton

Seaforth did the job comfortably last time in selling company for Adrian Wintle. Connections seems to have found an excellent opportunity for the eight-year-old to score again despite carrying a 4lb penalty. With Finley Marsh claiming 3lb again, I expect him to repeat at Wolverhampton.
