Virtual Horse Racing: Bet and Watch Virtual Horse Racing

What is Virtual Horse Racing?

With the ongoing rise in popularity of virtual sports, Horse Racing has become one of the most popular games to play, with Unibet offering races throughout the day or night.

Played out across three fictitious venues, players can place bets on races that feature up to fourteen runners, with the timings of each race split, so that players can bet and play on each individual race.

How To Play

There are three venues for virtual races:

Markwill Down,

Meadowlands;

Santa Barbara;

All features both turf and all-weather tracks, with anywhere between 8 and 14 runners per race.

Betting on these races is as easy as clicking on the Virtual Sports link on the Unibet website and on to the virtual horse racing section. Then you make your selection(s) and stake amount just as you would on any real-life race.

Markets include the regular Win, Place, Forecast and Tricast bets, plus “any order” Forecast and Tricasts, with your selection able to finish in any order within the designated first two or three places.

Types of bet on Virtual Racing

Although virtual horse racing does not have the full gamut of betting options, there are still plenty of markets available to players.

Race Winner – This market is the most straightforward, allowing you to back the horse and jockey you believe will be the winner of each race.

Each Way – You have the option of placing your bet as Each Way, so if your selection fails to  win, you still have the chance of winning some money if your horse finishes in the top three places at reduced odds.

Forecast – This option allows you to bet on the final positions of each horse race. You can select which horse and jockey finishes in first or second place.

Tricast – This betting market is the same as the Forecast, but instead of predicting who comes first and second, you have the option of including the third place finish as well.

Combination Forecast – Like the standard forecast, you must predict the two horses that will finish first and second, but you do not have to specify the order that it happens in.

Combination Tricast – Again, like the standard Tricast,  the player must predict the three horses that will finish first, second and in third, however this can also be in any order.
