Signs of improvement when fifth at Down Royal (1m3f, good) and duly won four days ago at Bellewstown (1m, soft to heavy) when in first-time cheekpieces under Reese Holohan; penalised accordingly, but he was good value for that narrow margin as he was clear at one point; not drawn well but clearly a contender. |
