650,000gns yearling by Night Of Thunder; readily made a winning debut at Leicester (7f, good to soft) last September; 5-4 favourite when hooded for a novice here (1m1f, good to soft) five weeks ago and always prominent before losing out by half a length; that rival was making her debut but Miss Scott is weighted to turn the tables today. |

Progressed into a useful handicapper since last autumn; couldn't cope with a steep rise in class when 9l fourth in 1m3f Carlisle Group 3 (good to firm) seven weeks ago but it was a good race for the grade (won by Estrange) and the way she stuck on suggests 1m4f should be within range even though she's a bit of a keen goer. |

Built upon the promise of his sole 2yo run to win Leicester maiden (1m2f, good to firm) on reappearance, and he followed up in a small-field novice at Newmarket (1m2f, good) last month; today is a much tougher test of his credentials but this blue-blooded colt may well be up to the task. |

A string of minor honours but no win from his eight races; disappointing on good to firm at Ascot in May, in between showing his best form at Kempton (1m3f, AW) and Sandown (1m2f, good); blinkers were fitted for that latest start, when he came from the back for fifth of 12 despite carrying his head high, and this race is markedly less competitive. |

Fine family; no great improvement this term for his maiden win at Kempton (1m, AW) on return, making all as 6-4 favourite, before a respectable show when fifth of eight on handicap debut at Haydock (1m, good to firm; joint favourite) later in April; gelded since and needs overall improvement. |
