This race has been won by a 3yo every year since 2018 (including both divisions in 2018 and 2021) so the omens aren’t good for Ocean Force who appeals as a likely big improver at some point now handicapping. The betting should be revealing where he is concerned, while similar comments apply to Starborn. Case Study (second choice) ran well on her penultimate start and is feared but POSITIVE THOUGHTS has shown winning potential and the return to the AW should suit.[Paul Smith]
