It was a small field at Ripon (1m, good to firm) in which he returned to form last time, when battling it out with Command The Stars and Noelan Star, and this is much more competitive; however, his two best RPRs have come at York and he's 4lb lower than when second of 14 here (7f, good) in May; could go well at a big price if conditions suit (unproven on slow ground). |
