Jessica Harrington’s runner NOD OF APPROVAL has shown a fair standard on the Flat and is a half-brother to the 2025 Fred Winter winner Puturhandstogether and to last season’s Irish Grand National runner-up Showurappreciation. If taking to hurdling adequately, he should prove too strong for Minella Buoy and Sofi’s Gift, two low-rated Flat performers who did well to take the runner-up spot first time over hurdles.
