Lightly raced and generally very disappointing in recent years but proved he retains some ability as a teenager when 40-1 third of 14 at Kilbeggan (3m2f, good to yielding; first-time cheekpieces) six weeks ago; player if the new headgear continues to have a positive effect. |

Made light of a year's absence to take a 2m6f Cartmel handicap in July (Time Was 20l behind), but beaten before the extra distance became an issue at Perth (3m) subsequently; something to prove after that, but mark remains competitive set against his peak bumper form. |

Landed a hat-trick of handicap hurdle wins for Mark Fahey in 2023; decent third for Cian Collins in a competitive 2m6f handicap hurdle at Ballinrobe in May; debuts for the McParlans here and clearly respected if close to his best. |
