Returned from a long layoff with some disappointing efforts this season but took a step back in the right direction over hurdles at Fontwell (3m2f, soft) in January, where he put in a good front-running shift before tiring; now 1lb lower than when winning comfortably by 13l over C&D (good) in April 2024 and enters calculations; cheekpieces (worn for last two races) removed. |

Made somewhat shaky start to his chasing career this season but has really got his act together lately, and looked in excellent nick when drawing clear to win by 13l at Plumpton (3m1f, good) three weeks ago; went up 9lb for that but still commands respect. |
