It's a long time since he won but he was a close third over C&D (good to soft) last September and was an encouraging sixth of 18 on reappearance at Thirsk (6f, good); refitted with cheekpieces (which are combined with his tongue-tie) for the first time since a win at Nottingham in autumn 2023; non-runner here on Sunday with a vet's certificate. |
