Went close at Glorious Goodwood (1m2f, good) last July but well beaten in C&D Cambridgeshire in September; failed to settle and suffered interference on return, doing pretty well in the circumstances, but disappointing favourite at Pontefract 11 days ago; connections turn to cheekpieces. |

9st 9lb |
Progressive in last year's 3yo campaign, going close at Glorious Goodwood (1m2f, good) in July; did pretty well to finish sixth on last month's return at Kempton (1m3f, AW) where he failed to settle and suffered interference; that run may have got the freshness out of him; on the shortlist. |

28th Mar 2026 Standard To Slow 1m 2f 219y Class 2 |
9st 7lb |
Dual AW winner early in career; ran well for most of 2025 and his form peaked when he went close at Glorious Goodwood (1m2f) in July; not beaten far at York next time but he comprehensively failed to live up to his market prominence in the Cambridgeshire at Newmarket on final outing (his first race since gelded); no way does that rule him out today. |

9st 0lb |
Having gone up the weights he was merely mid-division at York last month (1m2f, good to firm), albeit not beaten far; gelded since; however, two starts ago he went close at Glorious Goodwood (1m2f, good) when shaping as though this 1m1f trip could be an ideal fit, and that competitive 3yo handicap has worked out extremely well; he's one to consider. |

23rd Aug 2025 Good To Firm 1m 2f 56y Class 2 |
9st 7lb |
Excellent runner-up efforts in top-end 3yo handicaps over 1m2f at the Newmarket July meeting and Glorious Goodwood (collared only late on) on his last two starts; has gone up a combined 13lb for those two defeats but the third at Goodwood, who was 2l behind him, won well at Newbury last weekend, suggesting his mark is still workable; drawn wide but still a big player taking on largely older opposition. |
