Respected on last season's 1m4f/1m6f form but very little went to plan this term until his straightforward task in a 1m6f conditions stakes five weeks ago; had two attempts at 2m and can't be blamed for the first, while it did not look as if the trip was to blame on second occasion; has headgear first time and might yet reveal himself as a stayer but he has a bit to prove. |

Made excellent progress last season, winning Royal Ascot Group 2 (1m4f) before making the frame in Irish St Leger (1m6f) and Breeders' Cup Turf; very little has gone to plan this year and, after his calamitous early exit at Glorious Goodwood, he disappointed at York (extended 2m) last month; that said, this ease in grade could provide him with the chance to get his career back on track. |

Tremendous progress last season; odds-on flop when rather forced to make the running in the Yorkshire Cup here on 2026 return; ran on nicely for a creditable sixth of 12 in a very strong Hardwicke at Royal Ascot (1m4f) next time but unseated leaving the stalls with a mishap in the Goodwood Cup (2m; 17-2); that leaves his stamina unproven but he stays at least 1m6f; unraced on softer than good to yielding; a leading contender if he gets this new trip and there's fair chance he will. |

Two wins here in May initiated his tremendous progress last season; flopped at odds-on when he was rather forced to make the running in Yorkshire Cup on 2026 reappearance, but he ran on nicely for a creditable sixth of 12 in a very strong Hardwicke at Royal Ascot (1m4f) next time; stays 1m6f and has each-way claims if he gets this new trip. |
