Disappointing when favourite at Meydan in February, but returned from wind surgery and a gelding operation with a much improved effort to win 17-runner handicap at Goodwood (7f, good) with stacks in hand; that looks solid form and a repeat would give him major claims for a stable that won this race in 2021 and 2022. |
