Useful sort won a Group 3 at Saint-Cloud in testing ground on second start last year andf ran creditably in stronger company after; however, was very disappointing on return over C&D behind White Birch and has to bounce back. |

Improved on juvenile form last year when he raced exclusively in France; Group 3 winner on soft at Saint-Cloud (10.5f) on second start of the campaign; after midsummer break, beaten 3l by subsequent Arc winner Ace Impact at Deauville before lesser effort in Prix Niel over 1m4f, although he has shaped a few times like he wants that trip; open to more improvement but perhaps after he has this run under his belt. |
