Form & Verdict
Brother to 1m4f and 1m6f winner Perotan (RPR 105) and the dam has also produced the very classy pair Bangkok and Matterhorn; ran moderately in the Chesham at Royal Ascot but there was lots to like about his efforts either side of that, last time winning by a neck in a maiden at Glorious Goodwood (7f, good to firm) and that form has been boosted; looks capable of better.

Won the Dante at 3; wasn't far off his best when third in 1m3f Southwell conditions race in February (AW debut) but comfortably held in Group races on turf since, albeit he might have needed his latest run at Newmarket after six months off.

Form & Verdict
Made all in 1m novice events at Windsor (good to firm) and Kempton (AW) on last two starts, in the latter looking more professional and sticking his neck out well to assert by 4l; promising but he lacks the form brought by two of his rivals.

Won the Group 1 Criterium de Saint-Cloud (1m2f, heavy) last October and his staying-on fifth in the 2,000 Guineas (1m, soft) suggested he could be a fine middle-distance prospect; better could have been expected in the Derby (1m4f, good to firm), when only ninth, but not every horse takes to Epsom and he retains potential; won on fast ground last summer; not written off.

Novice winner on good to firm; lost nothing in defeat when second of four to The Foxes in a muddling Group 2 at Newmarket and he was so game when beating Arrest in Group 1 at Saint-Cloud in October (1m2f, heavy); reappeared with a respectable fifth in the 2,000 Guineas and while the recent dry spell has not helped his chance, his fighting spirit could still see him thereabouts.

Progressive as 2yo, usually front-running; close second of four in the Group 2 Royal Lodge over C&D (good) on penultimate start and, after others had gone past him over 4f out, he rallied his way to a narrow Group 1 win at Saint-Cloud (1m2f, heavy) in October; needs further improvement and the drop back in trip has to be a worry.

Form & Verdict
Stoutly bred, from family of Lammtarra; kept on relentlessly to score by nearly 10l in a novice at Sandown (7f, good to firm) on second start and improved on that form when a very smooth winner by nearly 6l of six-runner Listed race at Salisbury (1m, good to firm); very exciting.

Very promising at two (Listed/Group 3 winner) but well beaten in the Dante at York on sole 3yo start and fared no better in 1m2f Sandown Group 3 (Desert Hero second) on reappearance three weeks ago; has lots to prove at present.

Ran just once last year, when well beaten in the Dante at York in May (finished lame); gelded since; very promising 2yo in 2022, landing the Group 3 Zetland Stakes at Newmarket (1m2f, good) that October, and it will be no surprise if he returns with a big performance for his leading yard.

Form & Verdict
300,000gns yearling buy by Saxon Warrior; improved through each of his four starts, on last two occasions showing useful form when fourth of six in Listed race at Tipperary (7.4f, good) and making all in a median sires event at Roscommon (7f, good); it looks as if moving back up to 1m will suit and he has further improvement in him, which is needed against Flying Honours.
