Made good progress over 6f last season; better than ever with his second at Leicester four weeks ago (6f, good to firm); still has more to give but this looks deep for a Listed contest.

Won four times during a progressive campaign last year but he's come up short in Listed/Group 3 events this spring; seems ideally suited by fast ground but he's still 4lb higher than for his last win and has some work to do back in a handicap.

Only fifth when favourite for AW event on reappearance but is reasonably interesting back on turf, provided he gets ideal ground; has form figures of 12113 on good/firmer, the final effort in Listed grade behind Elmonjed; may still have more to offer.

C&D novice win 12 months ago; rapid improver when dropped to 6f, winning good handicaps at Newmarket and Ascot in the summer before a close third in a York Listed event in September; disappointed at Ascot when last seen in October but that run is easy to excuse; interesting with further progress a real possibility this year.

Best of his three 2yo runs was on soft ground; first two wins over 7f but he soon outgrew handicaps once dropped to 6f this summer, coming home in isolation on his side at Newmarket and proving suited by this stiff C&D (both good to firm) when following up; seen to lesser effect over the easy 6f at York (good, Listed; slightly squeezed) since, when a persevering close third of nine to Elmonjed, but he can do better back here; has every chance.
