Cheekpieces did the trick when she opened her handicap account at Yarmouth in July and she defied a 7lb rise when winning another six-runner event at Newmarket (also 7f, good to firm) next time; up in grade when beaten 10l in a much bigger field at York a fortnight ago, but maybe good to soft ground was against her; same mark. |
