Hipop Des Ongrais made it second time lucky over fences with his emphatic win Fontwell and is a big player again if he’s unfazed by this return to slower ground. Point and hurdle winner Mahon Point should have a future in this sphere, while there are several chase debutants who need watching in the market including Everything’Sontick and Dan Skelton’s Presenting Jeremy. However, the vote goes to CHANCEUX, who is unexposed at this trip and made a bold bid when a clear second on his chase debut at Uttoxeter last month.[David Moon]
