Posted two fine efforts since returning from a lenghty absence but a fair way off that level when put firmly in his place on his most recent visit to Ballinrobe, albeit in a hot affair; first-time cheekpeices now added and if he puts his best foot forward, the pick of his form suggests he should be a tricky customer. |

Had become a frustrating operator prior to Kilbeggan beginners win, and backed it up with another decent third at same 15-days ago, although his jumping was a bit suspect at times in the latter; his rating alone, allied with his rider's valuable 5lb claim, suggests big things here, and it will be no surprise if he lands the top step of the podium. |
