Chased home Canaria Queen in a Nottingham classified event 11 days ago and 1lb better off for a head defeat today; ran another good race at Newcastle on Saturday, never nearer than at the finish; new blinkers replace cheekpieces; has the ability to win a race of this nature but he's an habitual slow starter so will always need some luck in running. |
