First three starts were on soft/heavy, notably Killarney 2yo maiden win and when showing good attitude for Roscommon handicap win over this trip in May, still green; quick ground at Ascot probably didn't suit but potential remains. |

Impressed at Killarney on debut and it was a Group 3 in which he was found wanting next time, both on heavy; outpaced well over 3f out in a median auction race at Roscommon (10.4f, soft) last month but stuck on admirably for a narrow win (Neski Sherelski close up); far less stoutly bred than some but it looks as if he can stay 1m4f and may still progress, which is needed. |

Leopardstown maiden win in April came over this trip on heavy; highly-tried since, never landing a blow when slow-starting fourth in Gallinule at the Curragh and again when 61/2l off stablemate Illinois in 1m6f Queen's Vase at Ascot on fast ground; big-race entries remain over further so drop in trip here may not suit although clearly the one to beat on RPR's. |
