It was never in doubt once his jockey pressed the button in last season's Fred Winter at this meeting (2m, good to soft) and much the same when he landed a huge pot in the Irish Cesarewitch on Flat (2m1f) in September; whether he's on a good mark is an issue but he may have found 2m at Listowel sharper than ideal when runner-up in September and this marked step up in trip is an interesting move; big-race performer who has to be given a close look. |

Sole win (11 races) was a maiden last June; career-best form on last two outings, though, with tongue-tie joining the other headgear for her fourth of 18 to Ethical Diamond at Royal Ascot (good to firm) and close third of six in a Group 3 at Leopardstown; 7lb claimer is recruited and those last two 1m4f races gave plenty of encouragement for today's first crack at 1m6f, as does being a half-sister to today's rival and last year's Ebor second Kihavah. |
