Showed that he was getting the hang of things over fences when second over C&D at the Christmas meeting; backed that up when justifying favouritism in heavy ground in a 2m contest at Clonmel in January; posed no threat off his revised mark at Thurles five weeks ago.

Verdict

The form of the Limerick novice race in which CAPPUCINO was second has been advertised by the winner in following up in a handicap. Liz Doyle’s runner is slightly preferred to Moudan who battled well to score at Limerick. Kilbrin Rocco seems to be on the upgrade and is still on a handy mark. With the Cromwell team back in form Glenashling is interesting [Alan Sweetman]
