Hooded all starts; ran three times at Meydan early this year, upped from 6f to 1m when greatly improved to take third in their 2,000 Guineas on third occasion; won the Swedish Guineas Trial (also 1m on good) in May with no fuss but he was a fading sixth of 15 on handicap debut at Royal Ascot (1m2f, good to firm); that trip may have stretched him but he needs to kick on again. |
