Verdict

Chantilly was quite eyecatching at the Curragh and will surely improve on that form, while Surfers Paradise has shaped with distinct promise behind two talented Ballydoyle colts. However, TARAJ(nap), with a Beresford entry to his name (as does Surfers Paradise), smacked of a surefire future winner when seeing out his Curragh debut on the front foot.[Alistair Jones]
